David Amirian has over eight years of Real Estate Development and Construction experience. He has worked on the Development and Construction of approximately $800 Million worth of Real Estate.
David has worked with developers, construction teams (Union and Non-Union), investors, lenders, architects, engineers and private equity groups in the arena of real estate via construction projects. David has direct experience with the completion of a development project from inception to opening. While serving as the President of Development and Construction at Zamir Equities, he was in charge of the Construction, Marketing, and Coordination of Design between Consultants, Budgeting of Hard and Soft Construction Costs; including developing a relationship with the lenders on the project. He was in charge of a commercial to residential conversion of a 163 unit luxury condominium and development of a 3 star Restaurant and world-renowned Spa and Roofdeck.
Before moving to the development side of the business, David had a construction consulting business; serving the Rebbecca School, an autistic school for children in Midtown Manhattan. Previously, David worked for BRF Construction as the Head Superintendant for the Striver’s Garden’s. It was the first luxury condominium ever built in Harlem. For the first 5 and a half years, David worked at HRH Construction working on projects such as The Marc, NYU Radiology Center and the Gateway Retail Center.
David received a Bachelor of Science in 2001, in Finance, from American University’s Kogod School of Business. Upon graduating, David went to get a Master’s Certificate in Development/Construction from NYUSC.
